Serves 6Ingredients:- 5 slices bread, crusts removed
- 1 can of tuna in brine, drained
- 400ml cheddar cheese
- 1 onion, grated
- 5ml baking powder
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 40ml butter, melted
- 300ml milk
- 1 roll puff pastry

Method: - Preheat oven to 180ºC.
- Break up bread into small pieces.
- Mix together bread, tuna, cheese, onion, eggs and milk.
- Heat the mixture on a low heat stirring constantly.
- Put the baking powder in and then pour the mixture into an ovenproof dish.
- Spread the puff pastry over the top and pinch the pastry all along the sides. Brush with butter and bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve with salad and potato wedges.
